Break The Mold

On the road to facing Goliath, David takes the armor of Saul, which leaves him feeling drained and unable to press forward.

David's attempt to put on the armor of Saul should teach us that we will never accomplish our God-given purpose in someone else's clothes.

Stop trying to squeeze into someone else's concept of what success looks like because, in your attempt, you'll become disconnected from what makes you who you are. 

Furthermore, you'll create a wedge between you and your God-given purpose, talents, and gifts. You'll soon see it's hard to effectively use your God-given gifts and talents when attempting to fit into the mold of another.

Therefore, I urge you, break the mold.
